My yoga journey starts several years ago when a car accident kept me out of the gym and regular jogs.
A friend introduced me to hot yoga and it was the first time I felt I could move without compromising my knee injuries. I instinctively felt healing and whole and couldn’t stop going! At a time where I felt restless in my corporate career I made the decision to take a leap of faith, in 2010 I graduated with a 500hr Moksha teacher training, my new chapter would begin. Dozens of workshops later and Vinyasa training with One Yoga and with Seane Corn in 2012 and 2013, I couldn’t be happier and it brings me so much joy to share this wealth. I encourage classes that are calm, compassionate and challenging.
Outside the studio, I spend time with my three turtles and kitties. I love reading, volunteering, fine red wine and painting landscapes. My degree is in international relations and development; beyond exploring the world, my ultimate goal is to build sustainability and salvage the earth- ‘Keep it Beautiful’.
