Posture Workshop

Explore the fundamentals of our Moksha Series. Key postures will be broken down with in-depth instructions and time for questions. Learn proper joint alignment, muscle containment and breath awareness. Also learn how to properly utilize blocks and straps to compliment and advance your current practice, as well as common ‘release valves’ to avoid in your practice!
