Early into university, Bianca fell into her first yoga class. What began as just another form of exercise turned into an outlet to clear the mind and decompress the body. As her personal practice grew, she wanted to be able to empower and educate others on achieving a physical and mental balance through body movement and breath awareness. Bianca has had the opportunity to complete her Moksha Yoga Level 1 teacher training and JOGA training. The foundation of both practices resonates with her drive to promote balance in the body physically through strength and flexibility, and mentally through breath control and relaxation.
Bianca continues to be a student of yoga learning through students and teachers and other random acts of life. When Bianca is away from the studio, she loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
